NextStep at Endeavor Academy is an inclusive community where the benefits of educating and employing individuals with autism are broadly understood, supported, and valued.
NextStep at Endeavor Academy is a community-integrated program within the planned Endeavor Park community in Marianna, Florida. Classroom space, along with an employment instruction center, will be located within the Endeavor Park community. Future residential options are also planned.
NextStep at Endeavor Academy prepares individuals with autism for transition beyond secondary school by providing instruction in employment and independent living skills. The skills taught will also include financial, safety, nutrition, community, health, etiquette, relationships, transportation, and problem-solving.
Current project partners include Jackson County, City of Marianna, CareerSource Chipola, and First Place AZ.
